15-Day Return Policy

• You may request a return within 15 days of delivery if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Change of mind returns are not accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The knife must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories (such as sheaths, boxes, or promotional items).

• Customized or clearance items are non-returnable.

Return Process

1. Contact us at elysianedge8@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery and provide your order number, reason for return, and photo proof of the issue.

2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

3. Once approved, ship the item back to our return address:

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Refunds are processed minus the original shipping cost.

• Please allow 5–7 business days after inspection for your refund to appear.

Return Shipping

• We cover the cost of return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• A prepaid return label will be sent once your return is approved.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement, please place a new order after your return has been processed.
